RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
At Pādel Nuestro, we value your satisfaction and want to ensure your shopping experience is perfect. That's why we offer a RETURN GUARANTEE OF UP TO 60 NATURAL DAYS from the receipt of your order. To enjoy this guarantee and get a quick and easy refund, we provide you with the following guide:
Conditions for Returns
- Unused Products: We would love our products to meet your expectations, but if not, ensure that the item you wish to return has not been used.
- Items in New Condition: We want to ensure our products reach you in perfect condition. Therefore, we ask that the products you wish to return are in their original state, unused, and with all original packaging and seals.
- Do not directly pack on the items.
Return Process Step by Step (valid only for Peninsula and Balearic Islands)
Request your Return Label: Send an email to incidencias@padelnuestro.com requesting your Correos return label.
Prepare your package: Make sure the products are new, unused, in their original packaging, with the original wrapping and seals. Don't forget to include the invoice or delivery note in the package.
Return label: Stick the return label on the outside of the package and take it to your nearest post office. Do not stick it directly on the products or their original boxes. If you cannot print it, you can show the label on your mobile phone.
Inspection and Refund: Once we receive the product, we will check it to make sure it is in perfect condition. We will then refund your money as quickly as possible.
Return Cost
The cost of the return for Peninsula and Balearic Islands
will be 4,95€ if the initial order is higher than 59€, if the initial order is lower than 59€ the cost of the return will be 7,90€ . This amount will be deducted from the total amount to be refunded if you use our prepaid label service. If you prefer to use another means to return the product, the cost will be indicated by that transport agency and will not be associated with us.
In the case of an exchange, the same costs will apply as for a return.
Other Considerations
Voluntary Returns: Voluntary returns will not be free of charge and will have a cost of 4.95€.
Destinations other than the Peninsula: If your order was delivered to a destination other than the Peninsula, the return costs will be borne by you. You must send the order postage paid, properly packaged and in its original packaging, within a maximum period of 30 calendar days from receipt of the order. Please use the following address:

How and when will I receive the refund?
Once we have received your return in the above mentioned conditions, we will proceed to refund you according to the payment method you have used:
Payment by Credit Card: You will receive a credit to your credit card account.
Payment by PayPal: You will receive a credit to your PayPal account. You will have the option of keeping the amount in your PayPal account for future purchases or transferring it to your bank account. If you choose the second option, simply contact PayPal to receive your money wherever you prefer.

PRODUCT EXCHANGES (Peninsula and Balearic Islands)
For product exchanges, you must write to incidencias@padelnuestro.com requesting the product exchange. The After Sales department will provide you with the corresponding protocol to correctly carry out your exchange.
Return process rest of countries and canary islands step by step
- Send an email to incidencias@padelnuestro.com requesting your return.
- In order to return items, all material will be sent to our facilities, postage paid, to the address indicated below. No material will be collected carriage forward. The return of items is a right regulated by the rules that you have as a customer, in which the transport costs of the return are borne by the customer.
- All returns must be previously approved by means of a communication, opening a support ticket in the Customer Service Centre and requesting a return code.
- When the items have been received, checked and we have verified their condition as new and unused, we will proceed to refund the money for your returned products.
- In the event that the return option has been accepted, the full cost will be transferred to the account provided within 14 days of receipt of the goods.

VERY IMPORTANT: You must include inside the package a copy of the outgoing invoice and indicate the reference number of the support ticket you have made at the Customer Service Centre and the text "RETURN", both on the outside and inside of the package; in the event that your request was cancelled due to the impossibility of identifying it. If it is well indicated, we will be able to recognise where it comes from and, in this way, we will be able to manage the return as soon as possible, thus reducing the waiting time during the process.

FOR INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING OUTSIDE European community. The orders may take between 2 and 15 days, depending on the destination. Shipping cost would depend on the amount of the order, and would be calculated at the end of the process. The website will indicate the amount before the payment.
If the delivery address is outside the European Union, the customer may be required to pay import duties and taxes, it depends on the destination country and the local Government.
