GENERAL TERMS OF USE
Below is the contractual document. It will regulate the contracting of products and services through the website www.padelnuestro.com, owned by
Grupo Padelnuestro S.L (from now on, the provider). Accepting the present document implies that the customer:
- Has read, understands and comprehends the terms outlined here.
- Is a person with the sufficient capacity to contract.
- Assumes every obligation outlined.
These terms will remain valid indefinitely and will apply to all contracts made through the website www.padelnuestro.com by the provider.
The provider reserves the right to modify these terms unilaterally, without affecting the goods or promotions acquired prior to the modification.
Identity of the parties
On the one hand, the provider of the goods or services contracted is Padelnuestro S.L, with REGISTERED ADDRESS: POLIGONO
INDUSTRIAL OESTE, CALLE VENEZUELA PARCELA 1 - 17 30820 ALCANTARILLA MURCIA. CIF: B73676413 , and with
customer service phone number 629927076. On the other hand, the CUSTOMER, registered on the website with
a username and password, which they hold full responsibility regarding use and custody, and is responsible for the truthfulness of the personal data provided to the provider.
Object of the Contract
The purpose of this contract is to regulate the contractual relationship of sale between the provider and the CUSTOMER once the latter accepts the corresponding checkbox during the online contracting process.
The sales relationship involves the delivery, in exchange for a determined and publicly displayed price via the website, of a specific product or service.
CONTRACTING PROCEDURE
The contracting procedure can only be carried out in Spanish. If it can be done in another language, it will be indicated before the contracting process begins.
To access the services offered by the provider, the CUSTOMER must register through the website by creating a CUSTOMER account. The CUSTOMER will provide personal data freely and voluntarily as requested.
The CUSTOMER will choose a username and password, committing to use them diligently, not to make them available to third parties, and to notify the provider if they are lost, stolen or accessed by unauthorized individuals, so that the provider can block them immediately.
The CUSTOMER may not choose as a username words that could confuse others by identifying them as a member of the provider, nor offensive, defamatory, or otherwise contrary to law, morality, or public order.
Once the customer account has been created, the contracting procedure, in compliance with Article 27 of Law 34/2002 on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce, will proceed as follows:
- Select the delivery details where the product will be sent.
- Choose the payment method: cash on delivery, bank transfer, credit card, or PayPal.
- Use a discount code if applicable.
- Enter any additional comments for the order if applicable.
- Select billing address.
- Confirm the order.
In any case, the provider’s contracting platform will notify the customer, after completing the contracting process, via email with all the details about the product or service, including characteristics, price, shipping options, contract date, and estimated delivery date.
Orders Delivery
Orders will be delivered to the address designated by the customer. So, the provider will not assume any responsibility if the product or service is not delivered due to inaccurate, false or incomplete data provided by the customer, or if delivery cannot be made due to causes beyond the control of the designated shipping company, such as the recipient's absence.
The provider will take the necessary measures to ensure delivery occurs within the agreed time. If there is a delay, the provider will ensure delivery as soon as possible to the satisfaction of both the sender and recipient. Delivery times are 1 to 7 days depending on product stock. In any case, the customer will be notified of any delays.
In the case of digital products, the provider will inform the customer in advance about the download procedure.
The provider guarantees that the applications will be free of viruses or harmful content that could affect the functioning of the device on which they are installed. However, the provider is not responsible for uses other than those intended for these applications or the absence of system requirements.
Price and Validity Period of the Offer
The prices indicated for each product include Value Added Tax (VAT) or other applicable taxes, and are expressed in Euros (€). These prices, unless otherwise stated, do not include shipping, handling, packaging, shipping insurance, or any additional services associated with the product or service.
The applicable prices for each product will be those published on the website and will be automatically applied during the last phase of the contracting process. The customer understands that the price of some products may fluctuate in real time. In any case, the CLIENT will be notified of any price changes beforehand.

GEOGRAPHICAL BLOCKING
In accordance with Regulation (EU) 2018/302 (Geoblocking Regulation), this website ensures that content is reviewed in different languages to facilitate relationships with users located or residing in other EU countries. While prices remain the same, the final cost of the purchase may vary depending on fiscal, distribution, logistics, or other factors.
Due to the volume of items on the website, their updates, incorporation of new products, special offers and similar, and that the information is managed by people and there can be typographical errors, to protect consumer rights, the prices for an item are always based on the Spanish language version, which prevails in case of any pricing dispute.
With the purpose of being as fair as possible, in the event of price discrepancies, the lowest price for the same item will be applied. In the event of a price discrepancy, the customer must provide a screenshot or evidence of the error within 24 hours of completing the purchase.

Right of Withdrawal
The CUSTOMER has 14 business days from the receipt of the product to return it. In any case, the customer will bear the cost of return shipping. The product must be returned in a condition that allows it to be resold.
APPLICABLE WARRANTY
All the products sold on the website are completely original unless otherwise stated in the description.
According to current legislation, our products are covered by a 2-year warranty. In addition, during the first months, any defect, that the product may have, is presumed to be a factory defect by default unless the contrary is proven. The customer will have to demonstrate that it is a factory defect, if claimed between sixth month and up to 2 years from the date of purchase. Any claims must come with an invoice or receipt.
If before the sixth month, or the period that the manufacturer establishes in writing on the product label, any damage is produced on the product and the customer suspects that it may be a manufacturing error, they will be able to use their warranty by contacting us through our online customer service in the shipping and returns section.
GRUPO PADEL XXI, S.L.U. will negotiate the warranty with the technical service of the product brand.
Once the product has been analysed by the technical service, three situations can occur:
- The technical service fixes the product and it is returned to the customer.
- The technical service changes the product for a new one. In this case, the same product will be ALWAYS given back, without being possible the change for another different one (except for lack of stock).
- The technical service determines that the product has not got a manufacturing error and that the change is not necessary. In this case, the customer's original product will be returned to them.
(Arts. 114 and ss. from the Spanish Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, on 16th of November, by which the Codified Text of General Law is approved for the customer's defence and other complementary laws- BOE Nº 287, on 30th November of 2007)
Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These terms and conditions shall be governed by or interpreted by Spanish law, except where explicitly stated otherwise. The provider and the customer agree to submit any dispute arising from the provision of the products or services governed by these Terms and Conditions to the courts and tribunals of the customer's domicile.
In the event the customer’s address is outside of Spain, the CUSTOMER and the provider expressly waive any other jurisdiction, submitting to the courts and tribunals that are competent and legally determined by the laws applicable to this contract.
By placing your order, you accept these Terms and Conditions and the Service Terms outlined below.
- Physical gifts will be available while stocks last, but under no circumstances will an order be shipped without the corresponding gift or its replacement, if so indicated.
- We reserve the right to substitute gift items, in case of unavailability, with others of equal or greater value.
- Gifts are not exchangeable for cash, and no exchanges, returns, or guarantees are permitted.
- The return of gift items must be approved in advance in writing by the Customer Service Centre and will be accepted or not depending on the availability of items.
- The shipping costs for exchanging approved gift items must be borne by the customer both from his address and from our installations.
- If an order qualifies for a gift and the initial order is out of stock at the time, compensation for the inconvenience will be offered in the form of an alternative item of equal or superior characteristics to the corresponding gift item, if available.
- The resolution of any conflict that may arise from the relationship shall be resolved in accordance with Spanish law and submitted to the courts and tribunals that are competent and legally determined by the laws applicable to this contract.
PRODUCT INFORMATION AND AVAILABILITY
All the information, related to the products or services offered by GRUPO PADEL XXI, S.L.U., will be published through the WebSite www.padelnuestro.com, indicating the following information regarding each item:
- Product Brand
- Product Model
- Product Images
- Product Description
- Product Price
- Product Discounts (if applicable)
- Gifts included (if appicable)
- Deferred payment Option
- Other related and recommended products
At any time, new products could be added to the website. Unless stated otherwise, it is understood that new products will be subject to the General Terms and Conditions in that moment.
If the purchased item is out of stock, Pādel Nuestro will inform the Customer of the situation giving them the option to wait for the new stock, cancel the purchase and receive a refund or give them a product of similar or superior characteristics, previously approved by the Customer.
The availability of products and stock during the purchase process is provided for informational purposes only and does not carry contractual weight, as simultaneous purchases of the same item may result in the product becoming unavailable and a stock shortage occurring.
As this is an online store, stock levels are updated in real-time. However, stock may be depleted during the purchase process.
In the event of a stock shortage, www.padelnuestro.com will contact the customer to inform them of the situation, providing an approximate delivery date for the order, without any price increase, and the option to substitute the product with another of similar or superior characteristics to the one initially ordered. The customer retains the right to withdrawal and termination under the same terms as if it were the originally requested product.
If the stock shortage is definitive and the customer does not accept any of the proposed alternatives, the full amount paid will be refunded by current regulations.
Discount codes will not apply to all products. Each discount code will specify the group of items to which it applies.
As a general rule, unless otherwise stated, discount codes will not apply to ball crates, drums, or padel rackets. Discount codes are not cumulative under any circumstances.
Specific terms and conditions
Special Conditions – Cyber Week 2024
The Cyber Week offers are valid from december 2nd, 2024, to december 8th, 2024, on a selection of products identified as part of the Cyber Week campaign. The 2025 collection and bags, among others, are not included. Additional promotions or discount coupons cannot be applied to selected discounted products, regardless of the coupon type. The 5% app discount will not be available on selected products.
These conditions apply equally to purchases made on the website padelnuestro.com as well as in Padel Nuestro owned stores in Madrid (María de Molina, 41), Alicante, and Alcantarilla. Other distributors and authorized sales points are excluded from this promotion and these conditions.
Furthermore, please note that delivery times for the Cyber Week 2024 campaign may be affected by high expected demand, depending on the availability of transport companies.
